TERMS & CONDITIONS · NEW VILLAGE
1. Bookings and cancellations
All classes must be booked through the app.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class, with no possibility of recovery.
2. Memberships
Memberships are monthly and with no minimum commitment.
They are automatically renewed each month unless the member notifies otherwise before the renewal date.
Memberships cannot be paused or frozen.
3. Class packs
Class packs have a validity period, which is specified at the time of purchase.
Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any unused classes after the expiration date will be forfeited.
4. Payments
Payments are made by credit or debit card, including card-based direct debit, through the booking platform.
Once payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the studio.
5. Classes and studio operation
All classes are multi-level and designed to accommodate different levels within the same session.
New Village reserves the right to change instructors without prior notice, while always maintaining the quality of the service.
The studio opening hours refer exclusively to class schedules.
There is no on-site customer service.
All enquiries and requests must be handled via WhatsApp.
6. Health and liability
By attending classes, the participant confirms that they are in appropriate physical condition to take part in physical activity and that they have informed the studio of any injury, medical condition or limitation.
New Village is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, incorrect execution of exercises or failure to follow the instructor’s guidance.
7. Acceptance of terms
The purchase of any membership, pack or class, as well as the booking of sessions, implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
